Studio Policy

Be Prompt  Class is disrupted by late arrivals.

Prompt Pick Up is necessary! We are not responsible for students after class is dismissed. 

Dress Code  Proper dance attire must be worn for all classes.  Hair must be secured away from face.  Students who do  not follow dress code will be dismissed from class.  Please check “Classes” page for attire required for each class.

Shoes Please put your name on your shoes & carry them in a dance bag.  Please check with your teacher for exact shoe required for your class.

Attendance Good attendance is imperative, as absences & tardiness can hold back an entire class.  Attendance will be taken in all classes.  Too many absences may result in dismissal from performances, competitions or the Recital. Please make every effort to attend all classes.  Call the studio to report any absence or inform your teacher. DDDS perfect attendance will be recognized by the studio at the end of the year.

Classroom Behavior  Students who disrupt class will be asked to sit down & watch or possibly dismissed for the remainder of the class.  It is not fair to the other students for your teacher to spend time disciplining rather than teaching.

Tuition Fees are to be paid monthly, on the first lesson of each month.  There will be no reduction for missed lessons. Any student running more than one month behind in tuition fees will not be allowed to participate in class.  There is a $10 late fee for any lesson payment not received by the last day of the current month.

Observation   Classes can be observed thru our observation windows in both teaching rooms.

Cancellations due to weather or other reasons will be posted on the website and facebook page.  We will also send out an email to inform you.  If in doubt, please call the studio (330) 896-2364.  Any cancellation will be on the answering machine.

Dance Recital will be in June.  Approximate costume prices are as follows:  Pre-Dance ($65), Beginner Combo class ($85), Intermediate Combo class ($95), Intermediate class ($85), Advanced class ($95).
